24 hour access available for all members over 18.

About Us

Family Fitness Zone is a locally owned and operated 24 hour access gym with a family friendly atmosphere.  We offer personal training from our National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) personal trainer.  We also have a supplement and nutrition proshop   Make sure to stop by for all your fitness needs.
